Excursion Schedule

Pick up in your hotel (depending on the hotel). When you reserve we will send the exact time of the pickup.
Day starts on an exciting jungle crossing aboard the original WW2 Mercedes Benz 4x4 Unimogs.
Experience the adrenaline of a real off-track cross county trail that leads to a genuine Maya farm, where the longest underwater river system of the world is located.
Engage in an unforgettable snorkel adventure immerse in the crystal clear waters of the underwater river, swimming in the depths of the caverns, surrounded by the awesome rock formations full of stalactites and stalagmites around you.
Learn about the local biodiversity along a didactic trek and observe a mangrove in the jungle.
Refresh in Yaxmuul, a spectacular natural pond where you will swim in this delighting cenote.
Indulge yourself with a wonderful buffet of Yucatan food, soft drinks and hand-made tortillas.
Enjoy the set of pictures taken to your party during all the water activities.
End of the Expedition. Transported back to your hotel.

This expedition includes: Round trip transportation in air conditioned van for 12 passengers, ride in 4x4 all-terrain vehicle, specialized underwater guides, specialized snorkel gear, bottled water, lunch buffet.

Recommendations: Swimwear on, comfortable clothing preferably cotton light colors, long sleeve recommended; small towel, extra clothing set, hat, sport shoes, boots or ankle strap sandals, no flip flops, insect repellent. Cash for tips or souvenirs. Major credit cards accepted in logo shop and photography purchases.

Yes there is pickup at all Cancun hotels. We will send you the exact time of the pickup at your hotel when you reserve.

What time do we get back to our hotel?
You will be returned to your hotel between 4 and 5 PM.

What should I bring on the tour?
Light clothing is recommended. Also bring sunglasses and your bathing suit for your swim in the cenote and a towel if you want too.

Do I need extra cash?
You only need extra cash for extra refreshments and souvenirs.

How many guides are there?
Every tour departs with two guides. One in front of the group and one at the tail end of the group. On groups of 14 or more there are 3 guides for the security and comfort of the clients.

Is there food?
Yes, a snack is served and of course there is plenty of water available.

Will we see wild animals?
Yes with luck you will see jungle birds including parrots, spider monkeys, white tailed deer and other local jungle animals.

Must I do all activities?
If you have no interest in any of the activities, then that activity may be skipped.

What happens once I reserve?
Once you send in a reservation with your credit card we will charge your card the amount of the tour. Then we will send you a coupon which you will print and bring with you to be given to the driver at the time of pickup. The coupon is your proof of purchase and will have a unique confirmation number and coupon number on it and an emergency phone number to call if something goes wrong.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any tour up to 24 hours before departure and only pay a 5% administrative processing fee. If the trip is cancelled because the port is closed or due to bad weather then you will receive a 100% refund. Please remember we do not accept cancellations from anyone but the person that made the reservation. This is to protect you. Click Here! To see all Cancellation and Change Policy.

What if I want to change the date of the trip?
No problem, we will gladly move any trip for you to a different day, space permitting, as long as you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. There is no fee for changes.

Is it possible to make my reservation when I get to Cancun?
Yes. We do recommend you make all your tour your reservations as far in advance as possible so that you are sure to what you want, when you want it. During the high season from January to August there are many times we have no availability 2-3 days in advance.
